Embassy Property Group is a privately held investment company that focuses on the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily properties. We specialize in repositioning well located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high yield returns.
Our core mission of protecting our investment partners’ capital begins with our sole focus on multifamily properties. The company's strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within multifamily, Class B & C provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between the strong and growing demand and limited new supply of these units.

Our approach to acquiring and managing real estate is modeled on the successes of our investment experiences. Real estate investment is the cornerstone of consistent wealth. Multifamily investments generate ongoing passive income with a focus on appreciation over time through added value. Real estate is a physical asset that can always be monetized by renting, selling, or refinancing the property, irrespective of financial market conditions. This makes real estate a far more stable investment compared to stocks and bonds that are highly susceptible to the day to day fluxes in the market. Furthermore, within the real estate investment space, multifamily assets have proven to be the safest asset class.

Our Managing Partners
William J Tushar | Founder & Managing Member
William Tushar is the Founder and Managing Member of Embassy Property Group, a real estate private equity investment company. His passion for multifamily real estate began in his high school years, after becoming an avid stock investor. He wanted to diversify his portfolio and be an owner of a tangible, cash flowing business such as multifamily properties. Seeing that he could not only have a great hedge against inflation for himself, he realized he could syndicate multifamily properties and help other investors achieve there investment goals.
Prior to the formation of Embassy Property Group, William has 3.5 years of honorable service with the U.S. Army, where he crafted his skills in leadership, discipline, and developed his "Can Do" attitude. While operating and managing Embassy Property Group, he is also a private security contractor, specializing in inmate transportation for the Milwaukee County Sheriffs Office.
William was born and raised in West Allis, Wisconsin. He enjoys his off time with family, and pheasant hunting.
